Here’s how to return an item purchased from rebelz.eu.

Please read our Terms & Conditions for information regarding your right of withdrawal and return policy.

Items returned to Rebelz must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Trying on a product is of course allowed. All items must be returned in their original packaging and packed in a way that protects the packaging during transport.

Textiles must be free from hair, dirt and odors. If you reuse packaging for your return, make sure that all old shipping labels have been removed.

The right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges do not apply to hygiene products such as underwear, mouthguards, groin guards and similar items if the seal has been broken.

Important:

  • Returned items must not be used or washed.
  • Returned items must be free from hair, dirt and odors.
  • Pack the return carefully to protect the original packaging.
  • Remove all old shipping labels before shipping the return. A fee of EUR 25 will be charged if old shipping labels result in additional costs.
  • Submit your return within 5 days after registering it.

To register a return, enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions provided.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it has been received by Rebelz.

Start the return process.

To make exchanges as fast as possible, we do not wait for your return to be received before you can order a replacement item.

Simply select Exchange during the return process. You will then receive a unique discount code that gives you free shipping on your new order.

After registering your return, you can place a new order for the desired item immediately. Once your return has been received and approved, you will be refunded for the returned product.

The discount code is valid for 7 days. If no new order is placed within this period, the code will expire automatically.

After shipping your return, please email [email protected] with the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number for your shipment.

Please also make sure to clearly mark the package with your Return ID so we can identify the return when it arrives.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to Rebelz. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Once we have received and processed your return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

You may not be able to return an item for one of the following reasons:

  • The item is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This applies, for example, to customized products such as items with embroidery, printing, patches or other personalized modifications.
  • The item is a hygiene product, such as underwear, mouthguards or groin guards, and cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal has been broken.
  • The return period for your order has expired.
  • The item has already been registered for return.
